We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Apollo Clinic, Barrackpore. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the clinic to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and service.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines to maintain high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction levels through effective communication and service excellence.
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, staff, and external stakeholders to enhance the clinic's reputation and service offerings.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver superior performance and achieve operational targets.

*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinical operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving operational targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
