• Customer facing network infrastructure where you will be working with a team of network engineers developing, and supporting a network infrastructure platform that offers self-service connectivity, high availability, load balancing and security solutions.
• Supporting our development teams and our customers to build and maintain a world-class network infrastructure that is reliable and secure in order to be the catalyst for massive, measurable, data-informed healthcare improvement.
• Troubleshooting and building Azure, AWS, and GCP networks that interconnect over VPN's, ExpressRoutes, etc. as well as VPN connections to our customers.

What you bring to the role:

• Supporting infrastructure in Azure and AWS, including VNET, NSG, Route 53, VPC, Transit Gateway.
• Ability to build and troubleshoot issues with site-to-site VPNs using Palo Alto firewalls.
• Palo Alto firewall experience including Panorama.
• Maintaining routing, security, load balancing, Azure Application Gateway, and other standing cloud-based network services.
• Providing support for and troubleshooting network infrastructure to include Azure and AWS networks, DNS, and firewalls.
• Implementing, configuring and troubleshooting network services.
• Experience maintaining and installing SSL certificates.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as Code tooling to manage environments like Bicep or Terraform.
• Experience with DevOps/Site Reliability methodologies.
• We Expect you to work on rotational shifts 24x7 Support.

You may also bring this:

• Cisco route/switch/firewall experience.
• Strong network foundational knowledge.
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure CLI, Azure portal, Azure ARM templates, Azure Resource Manager, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines
• Experience with Ansible in deploying, configuring and maintaining desired state.
• Experience maintaining compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
• GCP network services.

Preferred Experience & Education:

• BS degree and demonstrable experience (3+ years) in network development, operations, and automation.
• 3+ years working experience maintaining networks in Azure and AWS.
• 3+ years setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting site-to-site VPNs.
• 2+ years working experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Superb communication and writing skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners.
