Configuration Analysis Senior Specialist

Meets individual goals such as production, Defect Leakage, and Quality
• Has basic understanding of: Amisys, DST, Optum, claim submissions/billing, pre-adjudication rules, testing requirements, Excel and Golden
• Able to handle basic level: benefit testing, ARQ testing, contract testing and claims analysis for one market
• Able to perform basic root cause analysis with minimal assistance
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Accepts developmental feedback with an open mind and shows positive progress or results achieved
• Adequate understanding of the importance of professional relationships
