The Corporate Communications Manager is instrumental in building and strengthening the Roche Diagnostics India (RDIN) brand and its role in preventive healthcare among media, customers, patient bodies, KOLs, and institutions. To do so, you will leverage traditional media relations, launch integrated campaigns, support the company’s advocacy efforts and enhance employee communication.
As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will partner closely with key commercial teams, form trusted relationships and drive communication strategies with a long-term view on business needs and patient-centric solutions. You collaborate with and learn from Roche’s global Communications community.
You understand the crucial role that Communications plays in translating key business priorities into high impact communication that is measurable. An important element is to reach key audiences through proactive, integrated, and impactful communication. You offer innovative communication ideas to bolster corporate reputation.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with Commercial teams to understand business priorities and study the existing business landscape to identify opportunities to drive impactful communications that build advocacy for RDIN
Design communications activities to strengthen RDIN brand amid external stakeholders such as media, patient groups, customer, institutes and industry forums
Identify story ideas and opportunities to strengthen thought leadership positioning both internally and externally
Analysis and reporting on all campaigns and communication activities, providing results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Who you are
Your expertise ensures the ability to manage projects independently while always seeking to maximize stakeholder delight through proactive and customized communication solutions.
You understand new age and social media and engage with it regularly; follow industry trends and use them as needed to strengthen brand narrative and campaigns.
You have:
Degree in Business, communication or marketing or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise and compelling copy for different mediums (digital, marcom, thought leadership, award nominations)
managed end-to-end execution of large campaigns involving multiple stakeholders (internal, vendors, agencies, media, etc) independently
Demonstrated experience working closely with Product teams for marcom activities and are comfortable working with senior leaders and are able to influence action to build support for integrated projects.
Possess prior experience in a PR agency or Communications role in a corporate communications team. Healthcare background is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to use technology and data to measure the impact of communication activities and generate insights to aid subsequent decision making.
