Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Healthcare Order Processing

Experience Required:2-3years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Timings:US Pacific Shifts

 

Job Summary:

  • Seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative who is familiar with order entry and processing procedures in HealthCare domain and can handle incoming calls to answer customer queries.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming calls from customers regarding orders for products.
  • Achieves SLA targets and call metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Understands order entry and processing procedures.
  • Takes full accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional personality and demeanor

Key Skills :

 

Must be fluent in English and French (written/spoken)

  • 2-4 years Customer Service experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Types 40+ WPM.
  • Tech Savvy: typing, navigating through multiple applications while engaging with the customer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence: Ability to navigate through phone queues while working towards maintaining contact center metrics and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Ticketing Systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SalesForce preferred.
  • Medical device experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours on occasion

Education & Certifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
