Data Management Expert

Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Expert with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and business analysis, with proven expertise in implementing and managing MDM solutions. As an MDM Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our master data strategy while working closely with business and IT teams.Key Responsibilities :1. MDM Implementation : Lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization's MDM solutions to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data.2. Data Governance : Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices for data quality, security, and compliance.3. Integration Management : Oversee the integration of master data across various business systems, ensuring seamless data flow between different departments.4. Data Quality Assurance : Monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues. Implement data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment processes.5. Business Analysis : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable MDM strategies.6. Collaboration : Collaborate with IT teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders to align the master data strategy with business goals.7. Training & Documentation : Provide training and documentation on data management processes to data stewards and other team members.8. Project Management : Manage MDM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution.9. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving data management practices, tools, and workflows.Qualifications and Experience : - Bachelor's degree /Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.- 5 to 7 years of experience in MDM, data management, or a similar role.- Experience with MDM tools like Informatica, Reltio Cloud, SAP, IBM InfoSphere, or others.- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data modeling, and data integration.- Proven experience as a business analyst (minimum 3 years) or related role, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional projects.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred :- Relevant certifications in MDM or data management.- Experience working in Bio-tech/Pharma/healthcare or similar environments.- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
