Ecommerce Manager

 Job Role:

• You will be responsible for handling Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Onboarding new business development and managing.
• Nurturing and growing an account.
• Compiling reports on account progress.
• Working goals and forecasts.

Process Excellence:

• Collaborate with other internal departments to support the improvement of tools and processes to drive productivity.

Leadership:

• Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding the business needs in an ever-changing business environment.
• Act as a strategic and influential partner for customers, developing solutions, and prioritizing initiatives for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on Sales plan, gross margin plan, inventory refills, and overall P&L
• Research and identify potential market trends, monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for potential promotional opportunities.
• Monitor Sales figures and trends to analyze how online activity can be improved to increase revenue.
• Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability operations.
• Manage the user experience of the website including navigation,content, creative and promotional campaigns

ExperienceNeeded(Professional) :

• 4+ years in a similar role in Marketplace/Brand.
• Education: Graduation in a related field
• An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

DesiredCandidateProfile:

• Preferred candidates from Health Supplements/Pharmaceuticals industries handled e-commerce business.
• Having 2+ years of experience in D2C
•  Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
