Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) developer with a understanding of healthcare data standards, particularly FHIR, and the ability to integrate legacy HL7 v2 systems with modern FHIR-based architectures. The candidate will possess hands-on experience in developing FHIR Facade Servers, working with FHIR Repository Servers, and mapping database structures to FHIR resources. As a FHIR Developer, you will involved in creating solutions that enhance interoperability and streamline data exchange across healthcare systems and platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust FHIR-based solutions.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain FHIR Facade Servers

3. Utilize legacy HL7 v2 to scale applications systems into modern FHIR architectures.

3. Utilize demonstrable skills to create and manage FHIR Repository Servers, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of healthcare data.

4. Map database tables and fields to appropriate FHIR resources, maintaining data integrity and adherence to FHIR standards.

5. Ensure compliance with FHIR specifications and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

6. Troubleshoot and debug FHIR implementations to identify and resolve integration issues.

7. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.

8. Stay abreast of advancements in FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards, incorporating relevant updates into ongoing projects.
