Job Description - Hospital Administration Tutor

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in hospital administration to join our team as a Hospital Administration Tutor. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare management to share their expertise, mentor students, and contribute to the education and development of future healthcare administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing curriculum and lesson plans for hospital administration courses, covering topics such as healthcare management principles, hospital operations, healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and healthcare finance.
  • Conduct engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and training sessions on various aspects of hospital administration, catering to the needs and interests of diverse learners.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students, offering guidance, clarification, and practical insights into hospital administration practices and challenges.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including case studies, simulations, and group projects, to help students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
  • Assist in creating and curating educational resources, including textbooks, articles, case studies, and online tutorials, to supplement classroom instruction and support independent learning.
  • Participate in student assessments and evaluations, including grading assignments, providing constructive feedback, and tracking student progress, to ensure learning objectives are met.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and regulations in hospital administration, incorporating relevant industry insights and examples into teaching materials and discussions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance course content, share teaching strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills, deepen subject-matter expertise, and stay up-to-date with advancements in hospital administration.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and continuous learning among students.

Salary: As per the industrial standard

QUALIFICATION: Bsc / MBA
