Job Description - HR & Admin Officer

1) Leading HR Team in the Business Unit:
As the leader of the HR team within the business unit, my role involves orchestrating the strategic direction of our human resources initiatives. This encompasses aligning HR objectives with the overall business goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring the optimal utilization of human capital to drive organizational success.

2) Supervising HR Operations:
I oversee all aspects of HR operations to ensure seamless functioning and adherence to best practices. This includes but is not limited to, managing payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

3) Recruitment Timeline and Relationship Building:
I am responsible for establishing and executing recruitment timelines to meet the staffing needs of the business unit. This involves identifying and cultivating relationships with recruitment channels to source healthcare professionals both locally and from surrounding states, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

4) Exploring Recruitment Avenues:
I continuously explore and evaluate new avenues for recruitment, leveraging tools such as campus interviews, online portals, social media platforms, consultants, employment exchanges, and job fairs. By diversifying our recruitment strategies, we aim to attract top talent effectively and efficiently.

5) Employee Engagement Programs:
I design and implement employee engagement programs aimed at enhancing staff morale, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. This includes conducting regular surveys to gauge employee sentiment and implementing initiatives to address areas of improvement, thereby fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

6) Attrition Management:
Proactively identifying factors contributing to attrition and implementing targeted interventions to mitigate them is a key aspect of my role. By addressing issues promptly and securing management support, we strive to retain talent and minimize turnover, ultimately contributing to organizational stability and growth.

7) Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory regulations at the unit level is paramount. I oversee the timely and accurate filing of all necessary documentation as per government norms and corporate guidelines, mitigating risks and safeguarding the organization's reputation.

8) New Employee Onboarding and Induction:
I oversee the seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and induction programs are conducted to facilitate their integration into the organization. This includes providing clarity on employee codes, company policies, and expectations from day one.

9) Grievance Handling and Counseling:
I provide a supportive framework for addressing employee grievances, offering counseling and guidance where needed. Additionally, I facilitate grievance resolution through established processes, including the formation of committees when necessary, to ensure fair and equitable outcomes.
