You will provide Talent management expertise and guidance to develop, implement, and execute TM initiatives aligned with business objectives across multiple regions. Job description
Recruitment
Consistently recruit, interview and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high volume hiring of applicants
Contact applicants to discuss opportunities while qualifying them to the needed position requirements including technical computer specifications and aptitude.
Follow team guidelines in determining the right candidate for each program
Prepare daily and weekly reports based on function
Demonstrate relationship and strong communication skills to influence and work with multiple internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.
Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking system
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Timekeeping and Payroll
Collect, review, and verify timesheets and work charts
Prepare monthly salary sheets that include all adjustments based on paid time off, overtime, bonuses, commissions, or any other factors
Process payroll-related paperwork for new employees and add them to the payroll system
Update all timekeeping, payroll, and benefits data in our HRIS and payroll solutions for all staff members, especially in cases of promotions, terminations, and resignations
Stay updated on any changes to tax or other payroll-related laws that are applicable to our organization
Provide information to other employees regarding payroll policies and available benefits plans
Investigate and resolve any employee complaints or queries regarding payroll and timekeeping data
Total Rewards
Design, Build and Implement Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
Help develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resource)
Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
HR Generalist Tasks
Develop a tracking system to monitor movement within the organization and site/office (hiring and movements).
Act as the adviser to the employees onsite through consultation regarding employee’s lifecycle – talent management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, among others.
Lead the collection of statistics such as turnover, sick leaves, etc., and work in partnership with other managers to intensify activities to arrest areas affecting productivity.
Cascades TM Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and ensure that everybody is aware and complies with it. Make the necessary coordination with the Department Heads in cases of deviations. Provide correct interpretations and guidance Department Heads when sought.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning, organizing, and delegating schedules, programs, logistics, etc., that will promote good health, fun and family working atmosphere.

Qualifications
Candidate should present themselves well by being assertive and excellent communication skills both in English and in Hindi
Preferably someone who lives Noida
At least a bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications or Business
Preferably has the skills in recruitment, Labor Laws, Human Resources Programs and policies, Health & Safety and Trainings for employees.
