Role Title: Infrastructure Engineering Analyst
Position Summary:

• The Cigna Enterprise Operations Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help improve customer experience, reduce cost, measure and forecast business performance, and improve process and procedures. The Application Development Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced professional input into App Development assignments/projects. They will analyze and interpret collected data, spot trends, write reports and complete data modeling.
• The Infrastructure Engineering Analyst will be a key contributor to ensure the successful delivery of ETL Production Services and Application Support. To be successful in this role, you must understand ETL processes and be experienced in supporting Production Services applications. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• They will be responsible for partnering with key players in Customer Service, Client Service, Provider Service, and Workforce Planning, while drawing on support from Technology, Finance, Strategy, Operational Readiness, and Solutions Delivery.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of production systems, including databases and ETL processes.
• Provide first-line support for production issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as index optimization, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production systems, including standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours, as needed.

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years experience in Production support role.

Experience Desired:

• Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation.
• Education and Training Required:

Primary Skills:

• Hands-on experience in SSIS, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL.

Additional Skills:

• Should be a self-starter or can work independently.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in afast-paced environment.
