Job Responsibilities:

Proficient in interior space planning and execution ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Expertise in creating layouts selecting colors designing lighting schemes and choosing materials and custom furniture to enhance interior spaces.

Utilizes software tools like AutoCAD SketchUp 3D Max and Illustrator to translate ideas into detailed designs supported by a strong portfolio.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail artistic flair visionary thinking and creative problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Manages projects efficiently adhering to timelines and budgets while ensuring highquality deliverables.

Experience & Qualifications:

Holds a Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture Construction Management or a related field.

Brings a minimum of 35 years experience in project management within interior design firms spanning both commercial and residential projects.

Preferably possesses experience in the healthcare industry understanding its unique design requirements and regulations.
