IT/Egov Consultant

Palladium in India has active projects with Urban Local Bodies as well as Government Clients in multiple cities. Palladium has developed the vision, mission, objectives including the City Strategy 2030 for one of the ULBs and is now assisting the ULB in implementing strategic impactful projects across three city transformation areas viz.- Skills for Jobs, Living with our Rivers, and Health & Wellness.

In that context, Palladium is seeking to onboard an IT/E-Governance Consultant, to support the project requirements.

Qualification:

• Post-graduate in Engineering /Technology IT/ EC / CS / Data Analytics / Data Science/Cyber Security/Cyber Law or related field in Business Administration / Management/ Computer Applications with Bachelors in IT/ EC / CS / Data Analytics / Data Science/ Computer Applications or related field

Experience Required:

• More than 4 years' experience in managing of multiple municipal or government projects in the area of ICT Projects, IT Projects, involving coordination with multiple stakeholders such as consultants contractors, implementing agencies, technicians, government staff, multiple departments, etc.
• Experience in benchmarking, analyzing, evaluating and reporting progress of projects for Municipal Government
• Experience of building dashboards for development projects, query /grievance management portals
