We are hiring for a Global Provider of business process management (BPM) services, offering customized solutions to clients across various industries. Established in 2001, It operates in diverse sectors including banking, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, media, and utilities. The company delivers end-to-end solutions such as customer service, revenue cycle management, data processing, and digital transformation services.

💼 Title : ML Ops Engineer

📍 Work Location: Hyderabad

✨ Experience: 5-7 years

📅 Mode: WFO

⏲ Notice: Immediate to 45 days Max ONLY

Mandatory Tech Skills:

• Experience with machine learning (Pytorch, Open CV) operations and software development.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services (ECS, EC2, Load Balancer, Sagemaker, S3, etc.,)
• Develop and maintain scalable, cloud-optimized ML deployment pipelines

Good to have:

• Exposure to Natural Language processing (NLP) is a plus
