Job Description:

Position Overview:

Manager / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy with a focus on bulk hiring lateral hiring and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in healthcare or nonIT hiring who can drive recruitment initiatives to support the companys growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of various departments within the organization.
  • Lead the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Oversee bulk hiring initiatives to support expansion plans ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance support and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration learning and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
  • Utilize multiple channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills experience and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to assess candidate suitability.
  • Lateral Hiring and Talent Pipeline Management:
  • Manage lateral hiring processes for midlevel to seniorlevel positions leveraging industry networks and relationships to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics trends and challenges to key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of success in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or nonIT hiring background is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices candidate assessment techniques and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
