Job Title : Manager Content & PR Experience : 9 Years Location : Hyderabad Reports To : Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Brand Marketing Role Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced content manager to lead a team of writers, PR & content agencies. As Manager, content & PR, you will be responsible for creating clutter-breaking content and media outreach to drive revenue. The role reports to the SrManager / Associate Director, Brand Marketing. Key Responsibilities : - Leading a team of junior copywriters, and collaborating with branding & social media teams, agencies, business development, design & production, and clinical & CRM teams to create clutter-breaking content that educates consumers about fertility, generates engagement and nudges them towards seeking treatment from our clinic. - Supervise & create SEO-optimised content, press releases, articles, blogs, brochures, website content, speeches, newsletters, PPTs, and other digital and marketing collaterals like social media ads, billboards, print ads etc. - Edit, proofread and improve the work of junior writers and agency writers. - Develop a solid relationship with the clinical team to sift through data and find engaging PR stories for regular & tentpole events like industry-specific days and social media buzz. - Assign, supervise, and review the activities of the PR agency. Maintain close relationships with reporters and editors at media outlets along with key opinion leaders in the industry. Respond to media inquiries and interview requests. - Design media outreach for the launch of new centres/clinics & track the effectiveness for effective design of future outreach. - Stay abreast with competition posts/campaigns and new trends in PR - Follow best practices in the department regarding processes, communications (internal & external) and documentation; and technical requirements like language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarizing, data conflicts and referencing. - Spearhead AI innovation in content and make sure our content across all touch points is indexed by search generative experience on Google SERP. Ideal Candidate Profile : - Master's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or English literature field. - 8+ years of experience in branding & marketing and 5+ years of experience in content & PR. Should have experience working with Hyderabad and/or Bengaluru-based large & mid-size PR agencies. Candidates from fertility, healthcare, health insurance, pharmaceutical, medical machinery and related fields are preferred. - Should have superlative copywriting as well as long-form content writing & editing skills. - Should have excellent English & Telugu written and verbal skills.
