We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Medical Delegate for a reputed diversified conglomerate located in Sri Lanka. (Please note that this position's Job Location is Katunaaka). Below is the summary of the Job Description.





Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our medical products to healthcare professionals.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders healthcare providers and decisionmakers.
• Education and Training: Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of our products.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and market needs to provide feedback to the company.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences Pharmacy Nursing etc.).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry dynamics.
• Attributes: Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
