Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing daily laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and reporting accurate results. You will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, adhere to quality control procedures, and assist in laboratory medicine research and development. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in our Bareja, Ahmadabad location. Qualifications Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills Experience in Quality Control for laboratory testing Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine and diagnostic procedures Proficiency in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
