Performance Marketing Manager

We are hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Specialist for a growing company in based out in Bangalore .

Key Responsibility:

• Plan and execute the digital marketing initiatives including SEM/SEO, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designing; building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Google and affiliate channels as per the plan.
• Creating optimized landing pages and user funnels with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
• Managing budgets and finances for digital marketing initiatives for the organization.

Qualifications :

• Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis
• Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor/ MBA/Postgraduate from a premium institute.
• Experience in a healthcare startup will be preferred
