Job Description: Join our team as a Physiotherapist. We seek Physicians with BPT or MPT qualifications who can formulate treatment plans tailored to Clients needs, conduct physical assessments, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to Client's individual needs.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments to identify Clients' conditions and formulate appropriate interventions.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment to Clients, utilising various techniques and modalities.
• Educate Clients and their families on exercises and strategies for managing their conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Clients records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic Client care and optimal outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physiotherapy practice and incorporate evidence-based interventions into Client care.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with Clients, families, and colleagues.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all Client care and practice aspects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT).
• Valid state license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or private practice setting.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for clinical visits across Tamilnadu.
