We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Placement Manager. As the Placement Manager, you will play a crucial role in connecting our students with rewarding career opportunities in their respective domains. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and potential employers to facilitate successful placements for our graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Industry Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with organizations and industry professionals in the healthcare and life science sectors. Actively network and engage with key stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and industry trends.
- Student Career Guidance: Provide personalized career counseling and guidance to students enrolled in the various online courses offered by Guardians EdTech. Assess their strengths, skills, and career goals, and help them identify suitable career paths within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
- Placement Strategies: Develop and implement effective placement strategies to maximize the employment prospects of our students. Tailor placement strategies based on individual course specializations, industry demand, and regional job markets.
- Job Postings and Interviews: Collaborate with employers to identify job openings and coordinate the posting of relevant positions on our platform. Organize and facilitate interviews and selection processes between employers and qualified students.
- Resume Building and Interview Preparation: Assist students in crafting professional resumes and conducting mock interviews to enhance their employability. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their interview skills.
- Alumni Engagement: Maintain strong connections with our alumni community to promote referral opportunities and gather feedback on their job experiences. Leverage alumni success stories to strengthen the reputation of Guardians EdTech among potential employers.
- Internship Programs: Establish partnerships with companies to offer internship opportunities to our students, providing them with valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real-world scenarios.
- Placement Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, employer feedback, and hiring trends. Generate regular reports for internal use and accreditation purposes.
- Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry developments, job market trends, and emerging career opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Use this knowledge to guide students towards in-demand and high-growth career paths.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in Edtech preferred.
- Good communication with Excellent knowledge in Placements
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully placing candidates into relevant roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
