As a Pricing Partner (Lead) you will co-create pan India sustainable and scalable ARI interventions for payor Ecosystems with State Cluster teams, provide innovative pricing, alternate payor funding, commercial contracting and tender inclusion strategy. Through interventions that address ability to pay challenges of patients, you will provide competitive beyond price solutions for private accounts and inclusion strategies in national formularies

Key Responsibilities: The Pricing Partner will:

  • Provide pricing solutions to key brands based on validated access barriers whilst maintaining floor price as well as 100% compliance to regulations

  • Develop and Implement  commercial contracting framework to address needs of different account segments

  • Evaluate and create brand and payor specific alternative funding & innovative financing solutions

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create solutions to enable Personalised Healthcare (PHC) ecosystem development and sustainable pricing strategies for FMI (Foundation Medicine Transition).

  • Develop Patient Navigation strategies in the Select Public ecosystem by identifying patient hurdles to Roche innovation through Patient journey mapping

  • Identify bottlenecks and challenges in the Formulary Inclusion process and plan Interventions for Select Public ecosystems

  • Cluster challenges to ARI updation and plan state teams to develop solutions for Select Public ecosystems (e.g. Defense and Railways)

  • To negotiate with potential vendors on creating solutions and with hospitals to enable commercial contracting 

  • Provide insights &  inputs to Launch excellence team on Formulary inclusions process of various reimbursement bodies, inclusion timelines, Documents needed as well as preparation of Value dossier to be awarded to relevant authorities for select public ecosystem

  • Create continuous monitoring and control mechanisms for pricing for core and  new products 

  • Enable networks with global function to proactively advocate for approvals required for core products and new launches

  • Create short & long term sustainable channels and pricing strategies for new products along with the launch squad and be audit ready at any time

  • Ensure operational pricing and government submissions and contribute to shaping a conducive pricing environment in India

Who you are
With a growth mindset, and experience in agile ways of working you are able to demonstrate patient centricity in decision making, strong collaboration and networking skills, inspiring and influencing.

You have

  • Post graduation: MBA or equivalent

  • 10+ years experience in pharma industry including at Least 5-10 years experience in pricing and/or public accounts

  • Knowledge & Experience of Payers Ecosystem & Budget allocation Process

  • Thorough understanding of Procurement processes of different public accounts & processes, Pricing process, regulations and value framework

  • Good In insighting & analytical Skills

  • Value Demonstration to Payers & Decision Makers

You are able to drive Strategic initiatives independently, lead conversations and inspire decision makers to partner with banking and non banking firms, and other ecosystem players to create funding / financing solutions.
