Role: Product Manager - 12-15 years

Roles and responsibilities:
Must have prior experience in managing at least one of the below products for 2+ years.
1.Order Management - Mandatory
2.Product Catalog - Mandatory
3.CRM / Lead Management
4. Partner Relationship Management
5. Trouble Ticketing/Case Management
Must have skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and overall 12+ years of experience.
• Must have played product manager role for a large product, having cross-product/application vision rather than a single individual application.
• Have prior experience interacting with many teams and stakeholders, preferably with Geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Technical background, with experience in Telecom.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Advanced understanding of an organization’s strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Experience with qualitative data (user feedback, single-use cases) and quantitative data (metrics, analytics).
• Excellent product-solving and Analytical skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take data driven decisions for identifying product market fit and curating the roadmap.
• Knowledge of Telecom domain is a plus.
• Good understanding of Cloud Native & Cloud Technologies.
• Good understanding of Product Design, Development & Marketing process.
• Comfortable in using Product Management tools like Jira, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Confluence.
• Good working knowledge on MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
