Job Description Summary
Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

• 
  End-to-end software project mgmt experience - Project planning, execution and delivery management
• 
  Experience in handling multiple scrum teams
• 
  Involvement in milestone planning, estimation and scoping
• 
  Experience in Financial management - budget planning and tracking
• 
  Stakeholder management & Status communication to senior management
• 
  Drive KPIs, SLAs, various reporting mertics
• 
  All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s).
  Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
  Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues.
  Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) /Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Technical Qualifications

• Advanced experience in the Product Management & Program Management.
• Experience in Program management for Digital Transformations
• Experience in Agile Project Management

Desired Characteristics

• PMP / Scrum Certifications
