Role: Community Executive
Job Location: New Delhi (East of Kailash)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities-
1. Managing the overall community of streamers and video creators, which includes finding new talent and retaining them
2. Meeting the assigned targets in terms of onboarding new creators and content generation for the product
3. Develop, implement, and maintain a watertight payment structure for all onboarded streamers
4. Develop regular insights to pinpoint the best-performing and worst-performing creators on a regular basis
5. Stay on top of the app's product metrics to improve the quality and engagement of all onboarded creators
6. Maintain a constant chain of feedback with onboarded creators and work on it in terms of actionable items
7. Devise regular goalposts and targets for all onboarded creators
8. Identify and report streamers and content creators in terms of the engagement generated on their content, on a regular basis
