Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Recruiter at Staffingly, Inc., you will spearhead the sourcing, screening, and recruitment of top-tier healthcare professionals across various roles to enhance healthcare providers' operational capabilities and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment efforts for a variety of healthcare positions, including Customer Service Representatives,
Prior Authorization Specialists, Pharmacy/Medical Billing Officers, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analysts,
Medical Coders, General Administrative Assistants, AR Denials and Claims Management Specialists.
Develop recruitment strategies that attract both active and passive candidates through various sourcing
techniques.
Screen candidates thoroughly to assess their qualifications, fit for the role, and potential contribution to the
Company.
Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and the final
selection process.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring
process.
Provide detailed feedback to unsuccessful candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Stay informed of trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
· At least three years of Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector
· Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities across various healthcare positions, including RCM,
Medical billing and customer service.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
· Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
