Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of advanced data analytics and data science projects.
• Design and implement robust statistical models to solve complex business problems.
• Oversee the analysis of large datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to present findings to stakeholders.

Operational Leadership:

• Manage the daytoday operations of the Data Science and Data Analytics team ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery.
• Develop and implement processes and best practices for data analysis reporting and datadriven decisionmaking.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to identify data needs and opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the data strategy and roadmap aligned with the company s goals and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
• Drive the adoption of datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide datadriven insights that support their goals.
• Communicate complex data concepts and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in data science data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing data teams with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) and programming languages (Python R).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for a diverse audience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a bonus.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
