Job Description : Sciometrix is leading digital Health company looking for a Software Engineer at Sciometrix is a leader in Telehealth -healthcare Virtual care Management. Clinicas watches each patient's vitals and alerts our licensed team when a patient's program progress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contact the patient to discuss the change. If needed, we will schedule a physician's appointment.Key Responsibilities : - We are seeking a skilled JavaScript/Python Developer with strong SQL expertise to join our dynamic team. - The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web development, server-side scripting, and database management. - You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and ensuring optimal performance of database systems. - Develop, test, and maintain web applications using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Python for server-side logic. - Integrate front-end components with server-side logic. - Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database schemas. - Perform database administration tasks, including backups, restores, and performance tuning. - Ensure data integrity and security. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for web applications. - Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. - Document technical specifications, system designs, and code as needed. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development and database management. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 4 years of experience in web development using JavaScript and Python. - Proven experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Strong knowledge of Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). - Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
