Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Participate in sprint planning, providing input on required tasks, process, and associated effort for the selected user stories.
• Responsible for development of features, review and build automation scripts throughout agile development iterations.
• Participate in code reviews for both the developer and SDET teams.
• Be a key participant in creating a Quality First and Zero Defects culture.
• Must be able to work in coordination with various stake holders and also independently, as and when required.

Desired Candidate profile :

• Minimum 3 year of experience in Software Development using Java, JSP, Servlets
• Hands on experience in Jenkins, GIT, SVN, TFS etc.
• Experience which includes test automation using Java is preferred.
• Must have hands-on coding experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, TestNG etc.
• Exposure to scrum/agile practices preferred.
• Test scripts automation with best practices and standards
• Experience and desire to work in a team having diverse / multiple stakeholder and Global delivery environment.
• Superb communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
• Should be willing to learn.
