We are seeking a talented and experienced Go Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Go programming, layered API design, and PostgreSQL database management. You will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance APIs, implementing business logic, and ensuring the reliability and security of our systems.Responsibilities :- Design and develop robust and scalable APIs using Go programming language.- Implement business logic and algorithms to support various application features.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.- Implement security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.- Collaborate with DevOps team to deploy and monitor applications in production environments.- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.Behavioral Competencies :- Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model,- Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills- Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills- Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills- Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player- Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure- Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations (ref:hirist.tech)
