The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, automation tools,
and scripting languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end automation solutions utilizing tools such as Power Automate,
    ServiceNow Flow Designer, and scripting languages.
    • Architect integrations between various systems and platforms to facilitate
    seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
    • Develop custom scripts and code snippets to enhance the functionality of
    automation tools and platforms.
    • Write scripts using languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or others as
    required for specific automation tasks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements
    and devise efficient automation workflows.
    • Analyze existing business processes and pinpoint opportunities for automation
    and optimization.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and
    deliver automation solutions promptly.
    • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for automation solutions.
    • Document automation workflows, scripts, and processes for knowledge sharing
    and future reference.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
    related to service desk automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account
provisioning and deprovisioning, and access rights management.
• Implement automated workflows for HR service requests and integrate with HR
systems and databases to synchronize employee data.
• Automatically correlate and prioritize events from monitoring tools to identify
critical incidents and implement automated event remediation actions.
• Automate the discovery and inventory of IT assets, as well as asset procurement,
deployment, and retirement processes.
• Automate compliance assessments and audits using predefined controls and risk
indicators

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant automation tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft
Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, ServiceNow Certified Implementation
Specialist).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure.
• Experience with Active Directory management, Group Policy.
• Experience with Exchange and Office 365 Administration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Good to have JavaScript, ServiceNow flow designer.
• Knowledge and experience working with SQL tables, Web Service / API, XML, and
JSON
