• Job Description Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow developer with experience in ServiceNow platform and has knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and jenkins, also has knowledge of API integrations with other systems.You will have to implement workflows that transform and optimize the way we currently manage our business operations and processes. First focus will be around security workflows related to network configuration changes to offer proper change validation process. You would also be working hand in hand with application/product owners, delivery owner/managers, platform architects, developers, and administrators.

• Your main responsibilities
  • Understand functional and operational needs to translate them into service now flows.
  • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
  • Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Participates in Agile and SAFe ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value.
  • Ensure scalability of ServiceNow flows in the overall ecosystem.
  • Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
  • Understand and follow appropriate security policies and procedures.
  • Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests.
  • Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value.
  • You will continuously contribute to the team performance improvement and team collaboration.
  About the ideal candidate
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Contributing to all phases of Application development.
  • A minimum of5 to 8 Years of working experience withServiceNowmodules likeService Portal, ITSM and ITOM services.
  • Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules -
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
  • Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.
  • Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
  • Create and manage scripts and workflow.
  • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
  • Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell,Windows Shell)
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
  • A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
  • Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
