Senior Service Designer
Overview
Edifecs is seeking a proactive and forward-thinkingSenior Service Designer to join our growing Experience Design team and spearhead the introduction of service design capabilities. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the way we engage with our customers, craftimpactful experiences, and drive long-term loyalty. In this role, you will establish, lead, and champion our Service Design practice, with a specific focus on designing holistic solutions for the next generation of digital and service experiences in the Healthcare IT domain. We are looking for an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation that will shape our brand’s future.
