SVP - Practice Leader, Healthcare Provider

This is a permanent position with a Billion Dollar BPM firm that is growing fast. They are seeking a Practice Leader for the Provider line of business that majorly focuses on Revenue Cycle Management solutions.

The positions will be responsible for the following and will report to the Global President of Healthcare Business

GENERAL SUMMARY:

1.Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and pursue avenues for account growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for expanding the client base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential business opportunities.

2.Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, aligning them with the BPM solutions and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.

3.Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of client engagement professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their individual and team goals.

Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations :

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

· 10+ years Sales & Business Development experience in the healthcare Provider industry is a must.

· Possess excellent organization skills.

· Ability to think strategically.

· Strong customer, quality and results orientation.

· Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
