Role:
We are looking to welcome a Talent & Operation Analyst with 3-6 years of work experience. The lead will be an integral part of the team and an independent owner of all hiring & handling operations across the venture studio & incubated companies.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attraction: Oversee sourcing strategies, which may include direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top-notch candidates for lateral and leadership roles.
Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide the assessment process to identify candidates with the right skills and culture.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate with insurance providers to manage enrollments, claims, and policy updates. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support various HR and operational projects as needed.
Payroll: Manage payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime calculations. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries related to payroll. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Requirements
Proven work experience of minimum of 4 years in Talent Acquisition, HRBP or a similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Strong understanding of payroll processes and related regulations.
Familiarity with insurance programs and benefits administration.
