Job Responsibilities

Identifying priority task that needs Authorization

•Review mandatory medicals records

•Verifying EVBV

•Requesting Auth via Payor portal/Call

•Following up on Auth requests

•Update Auth details to Patient account in EPIC system

•Communicating with respective department for additional information if required

•Rework on denied cases to obtain Auth in timely manner

Requirements

Skills:

•Knowledge of Denial Management/AR collection

• Knowledge of Epic Software
• Ability to use a Windows based computer system and common business software found in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Experience from provider side
