Team Leader (US Healthcare)

Job Description: Team Leader (US Healthcare) – Nagpur

Openings: 2-3

Location: Nagpur, India

Shift: US shift with 5 days working, weekend off.

Compensation: Maximum CTC 6–6.5 LPA.

Experience: Minimum 1-year experience on paper as a team leader or team coach and overall, 5+ years’ experience from a BPO background. Candidates should be from the healthcare/medical billing background preferred, specifically the payer side (Claims adjudication, Actual decision-maker, Fundamental cost containment, Medical Necessity, Diagnostics code, Following proper policy rules, Authorization).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in the healthcare sector, specifically in medical billing, with a focus on payer-side processes.
• Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attrition, shrinkage, SLA, and BQ management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to optimize performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolution of issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to healthcare billing and payer processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduates with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in an international process is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare/medical billing processes, specifically on the payer side.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficient in key result areas (KRAs) such as attrition management, shrinkage control, SLA adherence, and BQ management.
