Technical Delivery Manager

We are actively seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and results-driven Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in overseeing and implementing technical projects. As a Technical Program Manager at Antara, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex technical projects within our e-commerce environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance our technological infrastructure and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead the execution of technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to ensure project success.

• Risk Management:

• Identify and assess potential risks and issues related to technical projects.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure the availability of required skills and expertise.

• Quality Assurance:

• Define and implement quality assurance processes for technical deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Reporting and Communication:

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Prepare and present reports outlining key project metrics and outcomes.

Technology Leadership:

• Provide strategic leadership for the digital technology function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Hands-on experience of Design & Architecture, Solutioning, Quality Execution, Timely delivery for products from scratch using Front End & Back End technologies.
• Experience in:

• API Integrations: WhatsApp Business, Freshdesk, Sendgrid, 2factor, Zoho, Shiprocket, Oauth, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, FB Connect, CCAvenue

• Integrated: Shopify, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Shiprocket, Sanity CMS.
• Gateway: Pinelabs(PG, POS, Setu), CCAvenue, Razorpay
• & Libraries: AWS S3, Amazon SES
• Sources: RDS, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Memcache, Elastic Search.
• Tools: Kibana, Sentry, Grafana, Sematext.

Servers: AWS EC2.

• Management Tool: JIRA, Freedcamp, Mantis, Bugzilla
• Systems: Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora), macOS, Windows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven 8- 10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
