We at Growder Technivations Pvt Ltd, a leading B2B E-commerce platform having corporate office in Surat is hiring administration executive as below;

Job Role : Admin Assistant(2-4 Yrs Exp)

Location :  Surat

CTC : Max. 3 LPA

Role & responsibilities

- Make travel arrangements, travel ticket, Hotel/ Guest house booking for guest and employees

- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

- Taking care of Housekeeping & Pantry operation (tea/coffee etc) & Facilities Management

- Responsible for Office Infra Purchase, Expenses, repairing & Maintenance

- Vendor Coordination & Management

- Employee Health, Safety and event Management

- Coordinating for Employee related activities i.e Access card, Uniform, Visiting card etc

- Guest Management, ravel management and all other office administration activities for employees

- Any other admin related activities assigned time to time by the company.

Key Skill Require

- Graduate with 2-4 Yrs Experience

- Good communication skill

- Good team player

- Flexible for travelling on need based
