Job Description:

RSA is currently seeking Articled Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Chartered Accountancy to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and interact with clients across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior staff in conducting audits, preparing tax returns, and providing advisory services to clients.
• Performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Researching tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completing Intermediate/PE-II/IPCC from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
