Position - Assistant Manager - Hotel Booking

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Timing - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Location - Mumbai

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Salary: As per Industry Standard.

Language : English (Preferred)

Experience - 2 to 5 year is required

Job Description

• Travel Management: domestic and international

• Car booking

• Hotel booking

• Daily operations

• Managing a team

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints

• Arranging invite and covering letter for Visa and coordinating with vendor for visa application

• Coordinating with vendors

• Negotiating with hotels and uploading of corporate rates in travel portal

• Event Management

• Travel and Pan India vendors Invoice processing

• Maintaining Weekly and Monthly Travel MIS

• Travel Budget planning

• Sharing Provision & reverting on queries

• Ensuring excellent customer service

Skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Proficiency in customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and software

Qualification

  • Graduation Degree
  • IATA qualified any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage
