Bar Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at The Eliot Hotels & Banquets located in Noida. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff, ordering and inventory management, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Bar Manager will also be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, marketing and sales strategies, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of local liquor regulations and safety guidelines
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
