Hiring for a leading chain of hotel from hospitality industry

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue greenfield and brownfield opportunities for new hotel projects.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR plans to enhance brand awareness.

Closely working with Legal and PR Teams for drafting contracts .

Preprare feasibilty report for proposed hotel projects.

Manage the budget for the Hospitality division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• - Proven experience in business development within the hospitality industry.
• - Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in the Indian hospitality sector.
• - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• - Prior experience in managing legal aspects of business agreements.
• - Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.
