Position: Duty Manager

Property - The creek boutique resort & spa.

Inventory - 56 rooms & more to come.

Salary - 30,000/- per month

Location: Santiniketan, West Bengal

PMS knowledge - IDS 7.0

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth functioning of all departments.

• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate with department heads to implement policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and achieve operational goals.

• Maintain a strong presence on the resort floor, monitoring service levels, addressing issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of hotel management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
