Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Name of the Position: Executive Assistant to MD

Qualification: Minimum Graduate or Masters.

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years in the same position.

Location: Guwahati

Job Responsibilities:

1. Keeping record of all personal data of Managing Director.

2. Maintaining the delegation sheet by taking regular updates from the stakeholder.

3. Updating and keeping track of all To do List (daily, weekly, Monthly) of MD and unsure they are done on time.

4. Drafting letters and assisting The Managing Director in every task related to the smooth running of the MD Office.

5. Managing Business Heads office meticulously with complete discipline by doing timely Hotel Accommodation, Booking Tickets, logistics etc. on time.

6. Coordinating with admin department and providing sufficient logistic support to Business Head to carry out his business meetings wherever required hassle-free.

7. Complete support to Business Head Office, Attending to Business Head official mails etc.

8. Coordinate and look after the monthly activity schedule of Business Head, plan out his trips well in advance

9. Collating and creating customized reports.
