National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a government body that trains and prepares talented youth for international job opportunities across different profiles. NSDC has collaborated with Tern to scout and train young talent who can excel in the hospitality industry in Japan.

Position: Hotel & Kitchen Staff

Location: Japan

Expectations from Selected Candidates:

• Undergo full-time residential Japanese language training for 6-7 months at NSDC. The fees of the course is Rs 75,000, the candidate needs to pay Rs 10,000 upfront and can get a loan of 65,000 at 14% interest rate. You need to start repaying after 12 months from the issue date.
• Pass three examinations: Japanese Language N5 & N4 level and SSW examination.

About the Full-Time Residential Japanese Course:

• As soon as the candidate joins the course or pays the upfront deposit of Rs 10,000, they will get multiple interview opportunities. If the candidate is selected they can join the institute to complete the course, if they fail to get selected the full deposit will be refunded
• Its a full-time course (hence candidates can not work anywhere for these months) in Gurgaon, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Dehradun
• Candidates need to pass three examinations (N5, N4, SSW)

Any undergraduate degree/diploma and should be fluent in English
