• Must be able to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently when the need arises.
• Must be able to handle paperwork and fill out reports for management.
• Must be able to communicate well and be suspicious with all activities happening inside the property at all times. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around building.
• Must possess supervisory and management skills as he/she takes the place of the security manager when he is not available.
