Position Overview:
As the Partnership Manager - Technology Products at iNPLASS, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our technology solutions within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology companies, hospitality businesses, and other relevant organizations. Your expertise in the tech industry, combined with your understanding of the hospitality sector, will enable you to create and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships that support our global expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology companies, hospitality businesses, and other relevant organizations to enhance our product offerings and expand our market presence.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their alignment with iNPLASS’s goals and values.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support iNPLASS’s strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve outcomes.
- Industry Engagement: Represent iNPLASS at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build networks and identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, with a focus on technology products. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Must have experience in handling international partnerships and working with government tourism departments of various countries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application within the hospitality sector.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
