Job Description: Job description of Senior Sales/Business Development Manager: -* Sharp analytical capabilities to quickly understand the requirements of the customers and accordingly propose options meeting their requirements. • Someone, who is a Go-getter and believes in making things happen rather than waiting for things to happen. A person with fire in the belly to achieve something great for the company. • Informing customers about the latest real estate projects and their benefits. Explaining in-depth analysis of the pros and cons of different projects. * Doing site visits, meetings, negotiations and closure with the customer. * Candidate should have strong work ethics and zero compromise with integrity. • Daytime job (no night shift). The following skills are required from Sales/ Business Development Manager: - • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Gurgaon Real estate is must. * Must have good knowledge of Gurgaon as well as residential projects of Gurgaon. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi Mandatory. • Pleasant personality, good work ethic, positive attitude. • Ability to work professionally with customers, sales team and the company management. • Basic computer skills like internet, emails, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint presentation. • Graduates would be preferred however good undergraduates will also be considered. • Preferred qualification: B.E./B.Tech., BBA, MBA, B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BCA and any Graduate with good academic records. Salary: INR 5.0 to 7.0 Lakh per annum (CTC) + Performance Linked Incentive.
